Federica Rustico is a luxury travel editor and the Founder of Where To Go In, an editorial platform focused on curated, high-value journeys and destination-led storytelling.
Italian, born in New York and raised across six countries within diplomatic environments, her perspective informs an approach to travel grounded in context, cultural awareness, and a strong sense of place. Rome remains her base.
She has worked across digital and editorial since 2017, including as Editorial Director of Romeing Magazine. Her work combines editorial storytelling with a search-led approach to destination discovery, positioning places within how they are explored, considered, and ultimately chosen.
Her collaborations include Penguin Random House, National Geographic Traveller, and Time Out. Her work is built around narrative-led formats and recurring series designed to create presence over time, not just moments of visibility.
