La Rosa dei Venti: my favorite bed and breakfast in Positano
La Rosa dei Venti is a charming Mediterranean-style bed and breakfast situated in the old part of Positano, just a 10-minute walk to Spiaggia Grande. It feels like home away from home. It’s a beautiful bed and breakfast located in the historical part of Positano, only a 10-minute walk away from the church of Santa Maria Assunta, and a 5-minute walk (or should I say climb) to the lovely Fornillo beach.
This cozy bed and breakfast offers seven different types of accommodations, all named after winds. Each accommodation features beautiful Mediterranean-color tiles, a spacious room with an entrance, a comfortable bathroom, a flat-screen TV and free Wifi. But the most beautiful part of your new Amalfi Coast home is the lovely outdoor terrace lined with beautiful geraniums and bougainvillea overlooking the Sea.
The most wonderful treat at La Rosa dei Venti is breakfast time – it is served every day in your room! So of all of those sleepy heads that are too tired to wake up and head to breakfast, you’re really going to love this treat, I know I did!
You you can choose from a variety of delicious teas, cappuccinos, cereals, croissants and so much more. Waking up to a yummy breakfast and enjoying it in your private balcony while admiring the view of the Sea and sipping your cappuccino, well, THAT’s how to start your holiday!
For those that have a car, La Rosa dei Venti doesn’t have its own private parking, but you can benefit from special rates in the nearby parking lot. There is also a shuttle and limousine service for an extra cost.
