Tucked away in a picturesque corner of Amalfi and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Eolo offers a hideaway from the crowded streets of the coastal town and a treat to your eyes and palates.  The interiors are elegant, decorated in a fresh Mediterranean style, the walls are soaked in white and the floors adorned with ceramics from Vietri sul Mare. The indoor space offers a beautiful lounge where up to 32 guests can be accommodated, but stunning panoramic terrace overlooking the sea is the real deal. If you want to get a front-line terrace table, make sure to call in advance and to specifically ask for one, it will definitely make the difference. Imagine sitting by the terrace at your candle-lit table as the colors of the Amalfi Coast transform into pinks and blues. It doesn’t get any better than that. But it doesn’t stop here. The food at Eolo is also sublime. The chef takes traditional Amalfi cuisine and gives it a contemporary twist. A must try is the raw fish fantasy and the big potato gnocchi with meat genovese style. And the first-class wine selection and impeccable service will surely be the cherry on top of the cake. Don’t forget to make a reservation.
